For the Detail-Oriented

• Read the care label—it’s there for a reason.
• Use cold water & a gentle cycle to preserve performance properties.
• Avoid fabric softeners & bleach—they interfere with the fabric’s technical features.
• Hand washing? Go for mild detergent and cold water.
• Skip the dryer & direct sunlight—hang drying keeps colours vibrant.
• Ironing? Unnecessary, but if you must, use low heat and avoid logos.
• Store smartly—hang or fold neatly in a cool, dry place.
• Protect the fabric—wash separately from rough items like zippers or Velcro.

Delivery times for Australasian orders:

Our shipping partners are usually able to get your order to you within a 5-7 business day period. It's often less, let's say an average of 3-5 business days.

Can I change my shipping address after I’ve placed an order?

Yes, you can! Just drop us an email at info@weardulo.com.au.

Is it possible to rush a delivery?

Yes, again, just get in touch with us on info@weardulo.com.au  and say that you want to get express delivery. Alternatively, you may reach us over the phone on +61 1300 029 065 from 8am-5:30pm AEST Monday to Saturday. We might have to charge a bit more, but we will do our best to keep that rate as low as possible and get the order to you as fast as possible!

How do I track an existing order?

Once you place an order with us, you'll receive an order confirmation email, which will be followed by a shipping confirmation email. In the shipping confirmation email, we will note the tracking number you can use to track your delivery.
