At Jones & Min Pty Ltd, we want you to love what you wear. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out. We’re here to help.

Returns

Our return policy is flexible and handled on a case-by-case basis. If you’re unhappy with your order for any reason, please contact us at info@weardulo.com.au within 14 days of receiving your item, and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Exchanges

We’re happy to replace items that are defective, damaged, or the wrong size. If your product arrives faulty, or if the size isn’t quite right, email us at info@weardulo.com.au and we’ll arrange an exchange for a product that fits you perfectly.

  • Exchange processing times may vary depending on your location.

  • When returning an item over $50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure safe and speedy delivery.

  • We cannot guarantee that returned items sent without tracking will reach us safely.

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
